Walking with Ease

Walking is an everyday activity that is simple, free and low – impact exercise that can significantly boost your physical and mental health.
However, many people walk with unnecessary tension, effort, and imbalance.

 

The Alexander Technique helps you rediscover a more efficient way of walking by improving coordination and not interfering with the body’s natural movement.
