Breath is Movement

Breathing is a natural, self regulating process and the foundation of our well – being.
It is a coordinated movement involving many muscles, bones and organs of the respiratory system.
The Art of Breathing – a short three dimensional animation by Jessica Wolf presented during the workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of this complex process.
You will also learn how to let go of patterns of movement, tension and thought that interfere with natural breathing and cause many breathing difficulties.
